BT's Campaign for Digital Inclusion

BT believes that information and communications technology can improve peoples’ lives. Access to this technology is not an end in itself. It becomes more relevant if it can open doors to the things that really matter to people, such as education, jobs, entrepreneurial innovation, entertainment and contact with the people we care about.

In order to achieve these goals the technology must be effective, people will need to know how to use it, and it must deliver useful information, advice and content. We believe all these three issues of connectivity, capability and content must be addressed if technology is to deliver the services and changes people really need.
